Nutrient Corrections and Repletion
Did you get your bloodwork back and you’re not loving the results? Perhaps your blood lipids are higher than you’d like, or your vitamin and mineral panel is less than optimal? There are many ways to correct these issues that range from conservative to aggressive. By increasing your nutrient-dense food consumption in addition to focusing on food that is rich in certain micronutrients, you can utilize your diet in a way that allows you to optimize your micronutrient, blood lipid, and metabolic levels in a gradual manner for a more conservative approach.
In regard to a more aggressive approach, you can visit the office and receive an IV cocktail that is rich in highly concentrated micronutrients in order to rapidly improve your vitamin and mineral levels. Despite all else, consuming a nutrient-dense diet will allow you to receive essential nutrients from the food you consume and in combination with IV cocktails, you can achieve optimal levels. Interested in correcting and/or repleting nutrient levels from your diet? Schedule a nutrition consultation with our registered dietitian!
