Concierge Medicine Provider
At R3 Health, we believe that the relationship you have with your healthcare provider is the foundation for success in your wellness program. Your medical provider will never be more than a text or phone call away. When medical questions come up, simply call or text your concierge provider directly and they will get back to you as soon as they are available.
Concierge Care Coordinator
As a concierge medicine member at R3 Health, you will have a dedicated care coordinator. This team member will be your point of contact for any and all of your administrative needs. These include scheduling consultations, IVs, procedures, and more, executing refill requests and supplement orders, and coordinating with any of your other general or specialized medical professionals as needed.
Seamless and Preferred Scheduling
Your care coordinator will make the getting started processes as simple as possible. If you are local to the West Palm Beach area, they will coordinate an in-office date for a blood draw or a mobile blood draw appointment at your home or office, if preferred. If you are out-of-state, your care coordinator will work with you to find a convenient lab or mobile phlebotomy company for your blood draw.
After your scheduled blood draw, your coordinator will get you scheduled for your lab review. As a concierge member you receive preferred scheduling. This means that you will be scheduled to review your bloodwork as soon as it gets finalized from the lab, avoiding waiting 3-4 weeks for the next available lab review appointment.
Ongoing Concierge Medicine Support
Keeping up with your wellness journey has never been easier. Your dedicated care coordinator will stay on top of any medication and supplement refills and fulfill them for you so you never go without.
Quarterly blood draws and subsequent reviews will be coordinated for you to ensure that we are tracking your progress and effectively staying on top of your wellness goals.
